CRM Implementation
That Actually Works
A CRM doesn't fix sales by itself. We explain how to get an implementation to the point where it's easier for reps to work inside the system than around it — and why half of these projects end up as an expensive contact list.
Why
Companies install a CRM to stop losing leads. Usually, they keep losing them.
A CRM doesn't fix anything on its own. It only pays off once every channel feeds into it automatically and it's cheaper for reps to work inside the system than around it. Miss either condition and you get an expensive contact list that gets abandoned within six months.
- Leads land in five different places: your website, Instagram, Telegram, phone calls, email
- Some of them never reach a rep, and nobody knows which ones
- The negotiation history lives in personal chats and walks out the door when the employee does
- Leadership sees the revenue but not where exactly the funnel falls apart
- Reports get built by hand in a spreadsheet — and they're outdated by the time they're done
How implementation works
Five stages, and the first one isn't about software
What we connect
A CRM is only as useful as what it's connected to.
- Website and forms. A submission creates a deal immediately, tagged with its source and the form contents
- Phone systems. A call pulls up the customer's card, and the recording stays attached to the deal
- Messaging apps. Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp all feed into a single conversation thread
- 1C. Invoices, shipments, and payments show up in the deal without switching to your accounting system
- Email. Correspondence attaches to the deal instead of sitting in a rep's personal inbox
- Reports. Pipeline, stage-by-stage conversion, and rep workload — no manual assembly required
Why it doesn't take off
Four reasons CRMs get abandoned
How we work
Process first. Buttons second.
We don't sell licenses and we're not tied to one vendor. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho each solve different problems — and so do Bitrix24 and amoCRM if you operate in the CIS. The choice gets made after we map your process, not before. And if it turns out you just need well-configured website leads and a spreadsheet, we'll tell you that too.
- Process mapping — 40 minutes, free
- A stage-by-stage quote — within a day
- First working pipeline — in the first week
- The price is locked into the contract and doesn't change after that
- All access and admin rights stay with you

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which CRM should we choose — HubSpot, Pipedrive, or something else?
It depends on your process. HubSpot suits teams that want a clean, marketing-forward system tightly coupled with content and email; Pipedrive suits fast, deal-focused sales teams that want minimal setup; Zoho is a strong fit if you're already running other Zoho apps. If you operate in the CIS, Bitrix24 or amoCRM are usually the better call — Bitrix24 when you need tasks, documents, and cross-department work alongside deals, amoCRM when you want simple, fast sales pipelines. We choose the system after mapping your process, not before.
How long does implementation take?
A first working pipeline is up in the first week. A full implementation with integrations and data migration usually takes two to six weeks, and the timeline mostly depends on how many outside systems need to connect.
Everything we have is in spreadsheets. Can you migrate it?
Yes, that's a standard part of the work. We migrate customers, history, and open deals from spreadsheets or your old system, and clean up duplicates before the migration.
Do you sell licenses?
No. You buy the license directly from the vendor, under your own company — that way access and data stay with you. We handle the setup, integrations, and training.
What if our reps don't want to work in the CRM?
That's usually not about motivation — it's that the system creates extra work. The fix is having leads, calls, and messages land in the CRM automatically, with a bare minimum of required fields. Once it's genuinely easier for reps to work inside the system, the resistance disappears on its own.
What if we don't need a CRM at all?
That happens too, and we'll say so directly. If your lead volume is low and the process is simple, well-configured website notifications and a spreadsheet will get the job done for less. Process mapping is free, and figuring this out is part of what it's for.
