FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does development cost?
It depends on scope, and we don't pull numbers out of thin air. After a free scoping call, you get a detailed estimate broken down by stage with a fixed price — it's locked into the contract and won't change after that. If you want a ballpark figure first, we've broken down how much a website costs and how much a mobile app costs.
How fast do you work?
The first working release ships in a week. An average project takes 3–6 weeks. We show progress every few days, not just at the end.
Can the site sync with 1C?
Yes — it's one of the most common requests we get. Products, prices, and stock levels sync from 1C (the accounting and ERP platform widely used across Belarus and the CIS) to your site, and orders and their statuses sync back — no manual exports or overnight batch jobs. We've written up how 1C-to-website sync works: the common setups, what breaks most often, and how long it takes.
Do you work officially? What paperwork is involved?
Yes — everything runs on a contract, with invoices and signed acceptance documents for every stage. We accept wire transfers, and staged payments with a partial deposit upfront are available.
Who owns the code and access?
You do. Source code, repositories, domains, hosting, and every account are registered under your company and handed over when the project wraps up. Nothing stays tied to us.
What if a previous contractor broke everything?
It happens more often than you'd think. We start with an audit: we review the code, architecture, and infrastructure, and assess what's worth keeping versus what's cheaper to rebuild. You get a report with a plan and a quote — even if you decide to stick with your current contractor.
What about support after launch?
Three SLA tiers — from business-hours response to round-the-clock, monitored on-call support. Plus a block of hours for planned updates, so you're not signing a new contract for every small change.
