Telegram Bots
& Messaging Apps

Sales and support where your customers already are. With payment built right into the chat.

Who this is for

If even one of these sounds like you, we should talk.

  • Customers message you on five different apps, and no one has time to answer
  • Your front desk can't keep up with scheduling
  • The same questions come up every single day
  • Leads from messaging apps go nowhere — nothing gets logged
  • You'd rather sell inside the chat than push people to a website

Use cases

Which bots actually make money

01
Appointment booking
Salons, clinics, auto shops, studios. The bot shows open slots, books the appointment, and sends a reminder the day before. Your front desk stops playing switchboard, and customers don't wait until morning for a reply.
02
A store inside the chat
Catalog, cart, and checkout right in Telegram — no need to leave for a website. Works best for impulse purchases: food delivery, flowers, everyday goods.
03
First-line support
The bot handles the routine questions: where's my order, how do I pay, what are the terms. Anything it can't answer goes to a live agent along with the full chat history.
04
Notifications and order status
Order packed, courier on the way, payment received. Customers stop calling to ask "so, how's it going," and your team gets that time back.
05
An internal bot for your team
Requests, approvals, field reports, inventory lookups. It often pays for itself faster than a customer-facing bot — because your team uses it every day.

How it's built

A bot isn't a script duct-taped together.

Bot API Mini Apps Webhooks PostgreSQL Payments amoCRM Bitrix24 Broadcasts
  • Server. The bot runs on your server or ours, live around the clock — no "wakes up on the first message" delay
  • Database. Conversations, orders, and customer records are stored and survive a restart
  • Mini App. A full interface inside Telegram, for when chat buttons aren't enough
  • Payments. Through a payment provider right in the chat, with receipts and refunds
  • Integrations. Leads flow into your CRM, inventory syncs from your accounting system
  • Admin panel. Edit text, buttons, and broadcasts without a developer

Timeline and process

From idea to a working bot in a week.

A bot costs a fraction of what an app does: no app store review, no convincing anyone to install something. It's already in Telegram.

  • Scoping call — 40 minutes, free
  • A simple bot with booking or lead forms — 3–5 days
  • A store in chat with payments — 1–2 weeks
  • A Mini App with a custom interface — from 2 weeks
  • Source code and bot access are yours
  • We train your team to use the admin panel

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is a bot better than a website?

It doesn't replace your website — it takes the load off it. People don't have to go anywhere or install anything; they're already in Telegram. For bookings, order status, and routine questions, chat conversion is usually higher.

Can the bot take payments directly?

Yes. Telegram has built-in payments, and you can also connect a card processor or ERIP (Belarus's national payment system) through a Mini App. The customer pays without ever leaving the chat.

Can the bot answer questions on its own?

For routine ones, yes, using set scripts. If you need open-ended conversation, we add an AI assistant trained on your knowledge base, with complex cases handed off to a live agent.

Will leads from the bot land in our CRM?

Yes, we set up a sync to amoCRM, Bitrix24, or your system. Every conversation becomes a deal with the full chat history attached.

How much does bot development cost?

It depends on the scenario: a bot with booking and notifications is one job, a store with a catalog and payments is a different one entirely. We quote it after scoping the task and lock the number into the contract. The price is usually lower than a website built for the same purpose. We broke down what a Telegram bot actually costs and what a cheap quote usually leaves out.

Does the bot only work in Telegram?

Not necessarily. The same setup can run on WhatsApp and Viber too, with everything routed into a single inbox. It usually makes sense to start with Telegram — development is cheaper there and the interface options are richer.

What if a customer writes something the bot doesn't understand?

That conversation gets handed to a live agent along with the full history, so the person picks up right where it left off. A bot should never trap a customer in a dead end with no way to reach a human.

Can we add AI so the bot answers on its own?

Yes, and it works well when it's built on your own materials — guides, price lists, common questions. One important limit: AI answers questions, but decisions about money and commitments stay with a person.

Who owns the bot?

You do. The bot is registered under your account, the source code is handed over, and the server is set up in your company's name. You can switch to another developer at any time without rebuilding from scratch.
