Integrations: CRM, ERP,
payments, marketplaces

We connect systems that don't want to connect. If there's no ready-made API, we build one.

Who this is for

If even one of these sounds familiar, we should talk.

  • Stock levels on your website don't match the warehouse
  • Orders get copied into your ERP by hand, with mistakes
  • Prices update once a week, but change every day
  • Your CRM and your website live in two different worlds
  • You manage marketplaces as a separate, manual process

What's included

Everything under one roof.

1C amoCRM Bitrix24 REST SOAP Webhooks RabbitMQ ERIP
  • Two-way sync of products, prices, and stock with 1C, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
  • Two-way order synchronization between systems
  • CRM integration — Salesforce, HubSpot, amoCRM, Bitrix24, and others
  • Card processing, ERIP (Belarus's national payment system), installment plans
  • Product feeds to online marketplaces
  • Shipping carrier integration and live rate calculation
  • A custom API when a system doesn't have one
  • Exchange logging and error alerts

What we connect

Systems that need to talk to each other

01
ERP and your website
Products, prices, stock, orders, order status — all synced automatically. It's the most common request we get, and the one with the most visible payoff, whether that's QuickBooks, NetSuite, or 1C (the accounting and ERP platform used across the CIS) — see the deep dive on 1C-to-website integration.
02
CRM
Salesforce, HubSpot, amoCRM, Bitrix24, and others. Leads from your website, chatbot, and inbox land in the pipeline automatically, with the source and the full history attached. If you don't have a CRM yet, we also handle CRM implementation end to end — from mapping your process to training the team.
03
Marketplaces
Wildberries, Ozon, and smaller platforms — or Amazon and Etsy, if that's where you sell. One shared inventory count so nothing gets sold twice, and listings that update themselves instead of being typed in by hand.
04
Payment systems
Card processing, installment plans, and ERIP — Belarus's national payment and utility-billing system. Payments confirm automatically and the order status updates with no manager involved.
05
Shipping carriers
Live rate calculation right in the cart, waybill generation, and a tracking number sent to the customer. Takes the most tedious part of an operator's job off their plate.
06
Phone systems
An incoming call pulls up the customer's record and order history. The conversation starts with the actual issue, not with "can I get your name and account number."

How we work

Audit first. Code second.

If a system doesn't have a ready-made API, we build one. It's extra work, but it's what makes the connection possible where off-the-shelf plugins just give up.

  • We map out what systems you have and what's already been customized
  • We check your reference data for duplicates, mismatched units, and warehouse records
  • We draft the integration schema and sign off on it before writing code
  • We build it in a test environment, not on your production database
  • We run it alongside the manual process until the numbers check out
  • You get logs, documentation, and error alerts sent straight to your inbox

What you get

The value isn't measured in lines of code — it's measured in hours saved.

  • Your team stops re-typing orders by hand — and stops making mistakes doing it
  • Stock on your storefront matches the warehouse throughout the day
  • Prices change in one place, not four
  • Leads stop falling through the cracks between email, chat, and phone
  • Reports pull from one dataset instead of three different spreadsheets
  • A new hire sees the customer's full history instead of asking around the office

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We're running an old version of 1C. Will this work?

Usually, yes. We can build the exchange through the built-in CommerceML format, HTTP services, or a middleware database. On the first call, we check your version and configuration and tell you exactly what's realistic.

How often will stock levels update?

Usually every 5–15 minutes; for critical items, almost real time via webhooks. We tune the frequency so we don't overload your 1C with extra requests.

What happens if the sync breaks?

We always build in logging and alerts: if a sync fails, you and we find out right away — not a week later from customer complaints. No data gets lost either; the queue just finishes processing once things are fixed.

What if a service doesn't have an API?

Then we build our own layer: either a wrapper around the database, a scraper for the admin dashboard, or a scheduled file exchange. We pick the option based on reliability, not on how fast it is to build.

How long does an integration take?

A standard 1C-to-website sync takes 3–5 days. Connecting a CRM takes 2–4 days. Marketplaces and shipping carriers are estimated separately since they depend on the platform's own rules. The slowest part usually isn't the development — it's cleaning up your reference data on your end.

Do we need to pause operations during the rollout?

No. We build it in a test environment and run it alongside your usual manual process. We only switch over once the numbers in both systems match for several days in a row.

What if the data goes out wrong and something breaks?

That's exactly why we use a test environment. Plus, every exchange is logged — you can see what went out, what came back, and where any failure happened. If there's an error, you get an alert, and the data queues up instead of getting lost.

We have several systems and none of them match. Can you still help?

That's a normal situation. We start by mapping it out: what's stored where, what comes from where, and what the source of truth is for each field. Often it turns out half the connections aren't even necessary — cleaning up one system is enough.

Who owns the integration after launch?

You do. The source code, access credentials, and documentation are all handed over to you. We don't hold onto any keys that would break the integration if you switched vendors.
