Business Process
Automation
We cut the manual work that's eating your budget. We calculate the savings before we write a line of code.
Who this is for
If even one of these sounds familiar, we should talk.
- Managers copy data between spreadsheets by hand
- Requests get lost in chat threads and sticky notes
- Building a report for leadership takes three days
- Your spreadsheet has grown large enough to crash
- No one knows what stage an order is stuck at
What's included
Everything under one roof.
- We map the process as it actually runs and find where time leaks out
- We calculate the savings in hours and dollars before work starts
- A custom internal CRM or record-keeping system built around your process
- Digital document workflows and approvals
- A real-time dashboard for leadership
- Access permissions and employee roles
- Team training and documentation
- Support and updates as you grow
What we automate
The processes that eat the most time
How we calculate payback
Numbers first. Then development.
Automation for its own sake burns money. Sometimes a process is easier to simplify or cut entirely than to automate — and that's a valid outcome of the analysis too.
- We measure how many hours a month the process takes right now
- We convert those hours into dollars
- We estimate what can actually be eliminated and what can only be sped up
- We compare that against the implementation budget and payback period
- If it won't pay off, we say so and don't take the job
How we roll it out
Gradually. Without breaking what already works.
- We document the process as it actually runs, not as the policy manual says it should
- We start with one area, not a company-wide overhaul
- We run it alongside the old way until we're confident it works
- We train the team and write instructions in their own words
- We collect feedback after two weeks and fix what's off
- We move to the next process only after the first one has stuck

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does automation start?
With a process breakdown. We sit down with your team and document what actually happens right now: who moves what, and where, by hand. Often this step alone reveals that half the work isn't even necessary.
How do we know automation will pay off?
We calculate it before starting: how many hours a month the task takes now, what an hour of your team's time costs, and how much time will be left after implementation. If the math doesn't work out, we tell you and pass on the project.
We run on 1C. Will we have to replace it?
No. In most cases 1C stays your accounting core, and we build on top of it — adding what it's missing and setting up the data exchange. Breaking something that works, just for the sake of it, is a bad idea.
Our employees won't want to use a new system.
That's the single most common reason implementations fail. That's why we design the interface around how people actually work, run training, and stay in close contact with the team early on to catch anything that feels clunky.
How long does implementation take?
One process takes anywhere from a week to a month, depending on how many systems it touches. We never rebuild an entire company at once — that's the most reliable way to get team pushback and an abandoned project.
Everything we do runs on Excel. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Excel is an honest starting point, and it makes the process easy to read. The trouble starts when five people open the file at once and you end up with three versions. That's when it's time to move on.
Will we have to replace 1C?
Usually not. We work on top of your existing system: pull the data out, add the missing connections, and build reporting on top. Replacing an accounting system is a last resort we rarely need.
What if employees reject the new system?
That's the main risk, and it's not a technical one. That's why we roll things out gradually, provide training, and let people keep working the old way for a while. A system people are forced to use doesn't work — they just work around it.
Can we start small and see how it goes?
That's exactly the right approach. We pick one painful area, automate it, and measure the result. If it works, we move on to the next one. If it doesn't, you've lost a little time — not the budget for a year-long project.
